Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to services provided by BizXtreme, a company registered in the Netherlands and operating under the trade name WebExpert4U (“WebExpert4U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (the “Services”), including but not limited to:

• WordPress website development
• WordPress maintenance and optimization
• WordPress support and malware removal
• VPS hosting and server management

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service (TOS), and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Lawful Use

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the rights of others
• Causes harm to WebExpert4U, its clients, infrastructure, or third parties

WebExpert4U may suspend or terminate Services if, in its reasonable judgment, a violation occurs.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to publish, store, distribute, or engage in activity that includes, but is not limited to:

Fraud & Abuse

• Phishing, identity theft, impersonation, or fraud
• Forging headers, email spoofing, or misleading identity information
• Unauthorized access attempts to any system, server, or account

Malware & Attacks

• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or malicious code
• Conducting or supporting DDoS attacks, port scans, or security probing
• Hosting hacking tools or illegal software

Illegal or Harmful Content

• Child exploitation material or any harm toward minors
• Terrorism-related content or promotion of violence
• Hate speech targeting protected groups
• Harassment, threats, or defamation

Copyright & Data Violations

• Hosting pirated software, media, or copyrighted materials without permission
• Publishing personal or confidential data without consent (GDPR violations)
• Trade secret or intellectual property infringement

Spam & Misuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting scam, fake investment, or pyramid schemes
• Fake news sites intended to mislead or defraud

Hosting Restrictions

The following are not allowed on WebExpert4U VPS or managed services:

• Torrent trackers or illegal file-sharing platforms
• Crypto mining scripts or mining pools
• Proxy relays used to hide illegal traffic
• Adult content involving minors or illegal pornography
• Illegal drug marketplaces
• High-risk activities that threaten server stability

Streaming services or high-bandwidth applications require prior approval.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• Your website content
• Plugins, themes, scripts, and user accounts
• Compliance with laws in countries where your content is accessible

WebExpert4U is not liable for illegal or non-compliant content hosted or developed at your request.

4. Security & Malware

If your website is infected or used for malicious purposes:

• Access may be temporarily suspended
• Malware removal may be required or billed
• Continued abuse may lead to termination

This protects server security and other clients.

5. Enforcement

If you violate this AUP, WebExpert4U may:

• Remove content
• Suspend services
• Terminate agreement without refund
• Report illegal activity to authorities

Actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary.

6. Changes to the Policy

This AUP may be updated to reflect legal or service changes.
