These Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the rules and guidelines for the use of the website https://webexpert4u.com (Website) and the Services provided by me. You agree that you will use the Services in full compliance with the Terms of Service and these T&C.

Based on the requirements of the Digital Services Act (DSA), I have designated an electronic point of contact for direct communication with EU Member State Authorities, the European Commission, DSA Trusted Flaggers and other Professional Entities: [email protected]. The same point of contact can be used by you to directly and quickly communicate with me. You can also use the dedicated form to report illegal content. Communication can be conducted in English or Polish.
Text, audio, graphic and audiovisual content may be available on my Website. This content is available free of charge and represents only my view on the topic presented. Viewing this content requires access to the Internet and a device with software that allows you to view Internet content.
§ 1. Customer Reviews
The Website contains customer reviews regarding the services I provide. They come only from clients who have used my services. Reviews are obtained based on a request to the customer to provide an review. The customer's review is completely voluntary and is not associated with any form of remuneration for its issuance. Only selected opinions are presented on the Website.
If the published review was not issued by you or you believe that any opinion published on the Website is unreliable or obtained in an unfair manner, please report this fact using the contact form or writing directly to my email address: marek@webexpert4u. com. I consider all applications within 14 days.
§ 2. Comments
There is a comment system on the Website as part of the blog. You can post comments anonymously, under a nickname or by providing your name.
You are prohibited from posting comments that violate the Acceptable Use Policy and:
- are used to promote activities that are competitive with mine,
- are used to advertise goods and/or services, including digital content or services,
- defame or insult any natural person,
- violate the principles of fair competition,
- may cause discomfort to other people, in particular through lack of empathy or respect towards other people,
- contain profanity or other offensive content.
In each case, comments are subject to moderation. Comment moderation takes place in two stages:
- Each submitted comment is automatically assessed for prohibited content (e.g. profanity or specific words or phrases suggesting prohibited content).
- Comments that have passed the automatic evaluation are moderated by me.
Moderation aims to detect comments that are illegal or inconsistent with these T&C or the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you believe that there is a comment containing illegal content on the Website, you can report it to me via the illegal content reporting form or by writing to the following email address: [email protected]. The notification should include:
- Justification why you consider the comment to be illegal content;
- The URL of the comment that you consider to be illegal and, if necessary, additional information to identify the illegal comment;
- Your name and surname or the name of the organization and your email address, with the exception of reports regarding content considered to be related to one of the crimes referred to in Art. 3-7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (sexual abuse offences, sexual exploitation offences, child pornography offences, solicitation of children for sexual purposes, inciting, aiding and abetting and attempting);
- Your declaration confirming that you are sending the report in good faith, believing that the information and allegations contained in the report are correct and complete.
If your email address is provided in the notification, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your application within 48 hours (in the case of application using the reporting form you will receive confirmation immediately).
I consider applications within 14 days and within this time you will receive information from me about the decision. If illegal content is detected in a comment, it will be completely or partially removed from the Website. The person who posted the reported comment will also be notified about the fact that all or part of the comment has been deleted and the basis for such a decision.
You can appeal against any decision I make. You can do this within 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision by email by writing an appeal with a detailed justification to the following address: [email protected]. I consider appeals within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
§ 3. Services
As part of the Website, I make it possible to order the Services I provide. The list of Services can be viewed on the Website in the Services tab. The rules for ordering and providing Services are described in the Terms of Service (TOS).
§ 4. Copyright
The copyright to the content contained on the Website is owned by me or entities cooperating with me. Using this content in violation of these regulations or copyright law may result in civil or criminal liability.
§ 5. Personal data and cookies
If you provide me with your personal data, I am their administrator within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data.
The Website uses cookies.

§ 6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular changes in legal provisions, expansion/change of the business profile, technological changes. Information about changes to the T&C will be available on the Website no later than 14 days before the entry into force of the new T&C. If you do not raise an objection within 30 days from the entry into force of the new T&C, I will assume that you agree to its new wording. If important reasons do not prevent this, e.g. changes in law or technology, the Terms and Conditions in the version in force at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply to contracts for the provision of Services concluded before the amendment to the T&C.
